Job Description

Vattenfall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wind Energy Project Developer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our onshore wind team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wind energy projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage wind energy projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Represent Vattenfall in interactions with local stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and local communities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success, from site acquisition to final investment decision.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project development, with a strong understanding of financial and technical aspects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to sustainability.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
