Job Description

Vattenfall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wind Energy Project Developer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Onshore Wind team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wind energy projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage wind energy projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure project approvals and permits.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential wind energy project locations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including landowners, community groups, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wind energy project development, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
