Project Developer Opportunity at AVA Energy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Developer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations for utility-scale PV/BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate lease and use agreements with property owners and authorities
  • Oversee the approval process up to the building permit
  • Prepare and present independent project proposals to municipal councils and committees
  • Select, commission, and coordinate service planners and experts
  • Coordinate with external area planners
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in project management, renewable energies, or land acquisition
  • Completed studies with a background in economics, technology, planning, or geography
  • Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented project implementation
  • Experience with grid connection planning/grid enquiries (preferred but not essential)
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
