Renewable Energy Project Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Developer to join our team at Rebalance Recruitment. As a key member of our renewable energy development team, you will be responsible for developing and promoting PV projects, evaluating project ideas, and conducting contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote PV projects, identifying suitable areas and market partners
  • Evaluate and check project ideas, conduct contract negotiations, and prepare offers and presentations
  • Manage approval and urban land use planning procedures, and coordinate with landowners, mayors, and authorities
  • Negotiate important contracts, including leases and contracts for use, design, and urban development
  • Work with internal sales and project engineers to determine, analyze, and evaluate planning documents

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in renewable energy development, or 15+ years in a senior/leading role
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy development, including solar, storage, and wind
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
