Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Entwicklung von Windkraftprojekten ist eine Herausforderung, die du mit deiner Erfahrung und deinen Fähigkeiten meistern kannst.
  • Als Projektentwickler:in Onshore Wind bist du für die Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von Greenfield-Windprojekten zuständig, die du bis zur Baureife entwickelst.
  • Stakeholder-Management ist ein wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du musst dich gegenüber Behörden, Landeigentümern, Kommunen und interessierten Mitbürgern vertreten.
  • Projektsteuerung ist ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du musst Projektpartner und interne Experten aktiv steuern, von der Flächensicherung bis zur finalen Investitionsentscheidung.
  • Projektmanagement ist ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du musst sicherstellen, dass Projekte in der gewünschten Zeit, Qualität und innerhalb des Budgets realisiert werden.
Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einer Person, die über ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit verfügt und gerne ihre Erfahrungshorizonte mit Kolleg:innen teilt. Außerdem solltest du ein überzeugendes Auftreten bei Partnern und Stakeholdern haben. Ein gutes Verständnis von finanziellen und technischen Aspekten der Projektentwicklung ist ebenfalls erforderlich.

  • Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung ist ein wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du solltest erste Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung haben und proaktiv eigene Ideen und Know-How einbringen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke ist ein wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du solltest hohe Kundenorientierung, Empathie, sicheres Auftreten sowie starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten haben.
  • Leidenschaft für Erneuerbare Energien ist ein wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du solltest die Bedeutung von Erneuerbaren Energien verteidigen und überzeugend argumentieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse sind ein wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit. Du solltest Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift beherrschen.
