Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business targets, ensuring account-specific contractual obligations are met, and driving new business growth.

Key Accountabilities
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of account-specific contractual obligations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Provide market insights and business trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Reporting and Collaboration

The ACCOUNT MANAGER will report directly to the HEAD OF SALES and collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, Sales Support, and KAM teams.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Good English language skills (oral and written)
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
