About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at CARSYNC GmbH, where we're revolutionizing business mobility in Germany. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform, driving innovation, and pushing the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of key features and integrations
  • Contribute to the development of our microservices-based architecture, leveraging modern technologies and best practices
  • Participate in agile software development methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, clean code, and best practices
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in Java Web Development
