Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Turkish Airlines. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Corporate Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and manage existing corporate accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
- Market Analysis: Analyze corporate sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.
- Education: Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
- Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Technical Skills: Competency in MS Office programs and experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
- Residency: Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
