Regional Business Development Executive:
MOTUL Deutschland GmbH is a leading manufacturer of high-quality lubricants for automobiles and motorcycles. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Executive to join our team in the Benelux region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and customers to increase sales and market share.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet annual targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement Motul's long-term vision, mission, values, and goals.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development and sales. You should have a university degree and at least 5 years of experience in the lubricants/automotive sector. Fluency in French and business-fluent English skills are required.
