We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Manz AG, a leading provider of production solutions for lithium-ion batteries and electronic components. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Europe, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
  • Collaborate with local and international sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Represent Manz AG at industry events and conferences
  • Manage sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the special machinery or automotive supplier industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • High expectations for personal sales performance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High motivation, initiative, and willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent English language skills
