Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
- Collaborate with local and international sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Represent Manz AG at industry events and conferences
- Manage sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the special machinery or automotive supplier industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- High expectations for personal sales performance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High motivation, initiative, and willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent English language skills
