Service Strategy and Excellence
**Develop a Service Vision**
As a key member of the SOFAR team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive service strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction. This involves setting and managing targets, providing service teams with a standardized setup for success, and continuously assessing service improvements and business opportunities.
**Financial Acumen**
You will monitor financials from a service perspective, maintaining an overview of cost savings, operational costs, profit, and loss, and revenue. This requires a strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
**Collaboration and Leadership**
You will partner with the EU Team and Global HQ to define service and delivery objectives for Europe, based on your forecast and projections. This involves leading service experience to ensure all service and delivery touchpoints provide best-in-class customer experience in every interaction.
**Requirements**
* At least 5 years of experience leading a after-sales service team in the photovoltaic industry
* Strong record of customer service excellence
* Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
