Service Strategy Director

Servicing Excellence drives SOFAR's success. As Service Strategy Director, you will define the service strategy, set targets and manage service teams to ensure a standardized setup for success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing service strategies to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring financials from a service perspective, maintaining an overview of cost savings, operational costs, profit and loss, and revenue.
  • Partnering with the EU Team and Global HQ to define service and delivery objectives for Europe, based on forecast and projections.
  • Leading service experience to ensure all service and delivery touchpoints provide best-in-class customer experience in every interaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience leading an after-sales service team in the photovoltaic industry, with a strong record of customer service excellence. Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
