As a key member of the SOFAR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive service strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in setting and managing targets, providing service teams with a standardized setup for success, and continuously assessing service improvements and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-------------------
* Develop and implement a service strategy that aligns with business objectives
* Set and manage targets for service teams to ensure excellence in insights, processes, and systems
* Partner with EU Team and Global HQ to define service and delivery objectives for Europe
* Lead service experience to ensure best-in-class customer experience in every interaction
* Monitor financials from a service perspective for the region, maintaining an overview of cost savings, operational costs, profit, and loss
Requirements
------------
* At least 5 years of experience leading a after-sales service team in the photovoltaic industry
* Strong record of customer service excellence
* Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
