Key Responsibilities:

Lead a Central European team of direct reports, focusing on employee development, hiring, and motivation. Ensure team alignment with the Sales Strategy & Plan, tracking key performance indicators, and initiating mitigation actions when necessary.

  • Manage and engage stakeholders, including customers and Nexperia, to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Consolidate A-Gaps, B-Gaps, and alignment with Nexperia organization.
  • Drive revenue growth, monitoring and initiating close-the-gap actions.
  • Develop and execute global business strategies, identifying opportunities for Nexperia.

About You:

University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with a solid technical affinity. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry, with leadership experience and expertise to manage a cross-functional and multicultural team.

  • Solid experience in managing commodity business and promoting power-related products.
  • Detailed business understanding of Industrial applications, with additional segment knowledge in Automotive and Consumer a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused on key accounts and Mass Market accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English, with other languages a plus.
