Payroll and Compensation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for senior management, department heads, regional associations, and affiliated companies on all payroll-related matters.
  • Provide support to employees, social security institutions, health insurance funds, and government agencies.
  • Assist with tax audits and social security audits.
  • Independently manage payroll and compensation processes.
