Job Title: Business Support Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at MAM Gruppe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review policies related to group compensation and benefits.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for global compensation initiatives.
  • Oversee senior executive compensation, including global long-term incentive programs.
  • Support with analytics, reports, and presentations for salary and benefits decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, human resources, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally for a multinational company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), and familiar with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong project management capabilities, strategic HR approach, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
