Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative International to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international customers, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to international customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Process customer orders and returns
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service processes and procedures
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufleute, Speditionskaufleute)
- Ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Interesse an operativen Systemen und Abläufen
- Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Aufbau- und Ablauforganisationen
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice vorzugsweise in Export und Logistik eines Industrie- oder Großhandelsunternehmens
- Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) und MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Verbindliche und klare Kommunikation im Austausch mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Selbstständige, zielgerichtete, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
