Customer Service Representative International

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative International to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international customers, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to international customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal departments, such as sales, procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Process and manage customer returns and complaints
- Monitor and manage customer payments
- Support the development and implementation of business processes and procedures
- Participate in projects and contribute to the design and improvement of process and organizational structures
- Completed commercial education (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, logistics)
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Excellent understanding and interest in operational systems and processes
- Knowledge of organizational design and process optimization
- Experience in customer service, preferably in export and logistics of an industrial or wholesale company
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office applications
- Fluent German and English, additional language skills a plus
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Independent, goal-oriented, analytical, and structured work style
