Job Title: Country Human Resources Business Partner

Division: Human Resources

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Country Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Global Blue. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

  • Provide HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand operational issues and develop solutions.

Employee Relations:

  • Lead and guide on investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the workers council.

Recruitment:

  • Engage with hiring managers to ensure the role has been correctly scoped.
  • Review and approve job descriptions and job requisition forms.
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition lead.

On-boarding:

  • Ensure the on-boarding process has been carried out effectively.
  • Review and approve background checks.
  • Monitor probationary periods.

Data and Analytics:

  • Run reports and manipulate data using Workday.
  • Present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactively set up processes and improve existing reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Human Resources).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP.
