Job Description

Hitachi Europe GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and organized Werkstudenten Human Resources to support our Human Resources department in Düsseldorf. As a Werkstudenten Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including tasks such as data maintenance, documentation, and project collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in human resources support: Active participation in all personnel-relevant tasks
  • Administrative support: Taking on organizational tasks to increase the efficiency of our human resources team
  • Support in the area of health protection
  • Project collaboration: Engage in HR projects and initiatives to further develop our HR strategies
  • Data maintenance: Responsible for human resources files and databases
  • Documentation: Creating professional presentations and important corporate documents

Your Profile:

  • Study: Enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of human resources, BWL or a related discipline
  • Engagement: High willingness to learn and initiative
  • Communication strength: Prominent ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively
  • Self-employment: Reliable and independent way of working
  • Technical skills: Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Language skills: Good English skills are required
