As a Global Recruitment Strategist, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Engaging with key decision-makers of prospective clients to identify sales opportunities and assess their needs through cold calling and visits, offering solutions that integrate our products and services to demonstrate value.
- Independently managing client resource accumulation, delivering sales presentations, explaining solutions, negotiating business deals, and handling bidding and contract signing.
- Fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with existing clients by offering information, guidance, and support.
- Collaborating actively with other departments to advance the sales process.
We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and relevant experience in the talent recruitment industry, specifically in business development and sales. If you have strong communication skills, a genuine commitment to clients, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, we'd love to hear from you
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
