Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at FACT-Finder Holding GmbH. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and Customer Success Management by coordinating all relevant topics relating to contracts, proposals, and data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales activities with a focus on contract management and legal topics
  • Manage contracts, including drafting offers and contracts, and processing them post-signature
  • Handle administration tasks such as data maintenance and generating invoices
  • Prepare reports
  • Coordinate information exchange between departments
  • Undertake project-related tasks
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
  • Basic understanding of IT with an affinity for eCommerce preferred
  • Ability to provide legally sound and pragmatic legal advice
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
  • Strong teamwork skills and high sense of responsibility
  • Reliability and conscientious work ethic
  • Independent and problem-solving-oriented work style
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
