Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at DataGuard.

Responsibilities

  • You will identify and research potential new accounts across our customer segments, aligning with our ideal customer profiles and uncovering untapped market potential.
  • You will validate existing prospect accounts, assessing their potential to become DataGuard customers, and continually enhance your understanding of our product suite.
  • You will collaborate with the broader Sales team to ensure streamlined prospecting and targeted outreach to key accounts, driving a steady sales pipeline.
  • You will manage internal Salesforce reporting, seamlessly transferring leads and accounts into the system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • You will continuously optimize workflows across DataOps and Sales functions through Salesforce and Outreach.
  • You will spearhead new initiatives within Sales Operations, harnessing AI to efficiently qualify accounts and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • You should be a student or graduate in the subject of economics/business, informatics or other relevant fields of study.
  • You should have a clear head, a heart in the right place, and the will to go above and beyond.
  • You should be analytically strong.
  • Quick comprehension and thinking in complex contexts are essential.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Interest in Tech/SaaS/B2B is required.
