As a Knowledge Analyst within BCG's Transactions & Integrations (T&I) practice, you'll be part of a dynamic global team providing crucial insights and expertise on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, integrations, and carve-outs. You'll collaborate closely with case teams to deliver tailored knowledge assets, analyses, and expert guidance.

Your Impact:

  • Contribute quantitative and qualitative insights to support M&A transactions and post-merger integration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge intellectual property and knowledge assets for the T&I practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the accessibility of high-quality content on internal platforms.
  • Support business development initiatives by providing research and analysis for marketing efforts.

The Transactions & Integrations (T&I) Practice:

BCG's T&I practice is a leading force in the M&A landscape, with over 300 professionals worldwide. We partner with both corporate and private equity clients to execute deals efficiently and maximize value creation. Our expertise spans strategic decision-making, divestitures, joint ventures, IPOs, spinoffs, and post-merger integration strategies.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics) with 1+ year of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are beneficial.
