As a **Knowledge Analyst** within the **Transactions & Integrations (T&I)** sector at **Boston Consulting Group (BCG)**, you will be an integral part of a dynamic global team, delivering both quantitative and qualitative insights related to **M&A** and other **Corporate Finance** matters, as well as **Integrations/PMI** and **Separations/Carve-out** issues. Your collaboration with BCG case and proposal teams will focus on producing tailored knowledge assets, comprehensive analyses, and expert advisory services.
Moreover, you will assist the T&I topic team, under the mentorship of senior colleagues, in crafting intellectual property and knowledge resources, while managing content on internal BCG platforms to ensure the latest high-quality information is readily accessible. You will also contribute to business development and marketing initiatives for the Transactions & Integrations practice as opportunities arise, providing research and analytical support.
The Transactions & Integrations division is among BCG's largest and fastest-growing areas, comprising over 300 professionals specializing in M&A, transactions, and post-merger integration globally. We aid both corporate and private equity clients in executing deals efficiently and maximizing value creation. Over the last decade, we have facilitated more than 7,000 transactions valued at over $5 trillion.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Master’s degree relevant to M&A or Corporate Finance, with a minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience in Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Integrations/PMI, Separations/Carve-outs, or related fields preferred.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of consulting experience or 2 years of relevant industry experience in the aforementioned areas.
• Practical experience with analytical tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

As a Knowledge Analyst, you will work alongside global topic leaders and colleagues across BCG, leveraging expertise and capabilities to serve our internal and external clients. ADDITIONAL CONTEXT
The **Knowledge Team (KT)** is composed of functional and industry experts who utilize deep domain knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. KT members are aligned with BCG Practice Areas, engaged in strategic initiatives, and responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge IP data tools and assets to deliver valuable insights.
Members of the Knowledge Team are involved in casework, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools in specific functions, and conducting complex market research and analysis. KT members also assist in business development and proposals, helping to organize and codify the knowledge that empowers BCG to deliver exceptional business value for its clients.
