ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will act as a thought partner and content specialist, assisting case teams and sector leaders in navigating complex challenges. Your contributions will include:

QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or knowledge management, preferably in a commercial capacity such as marketing or sales.
  • Alternatively, at least 3 years of industry experience, with a preference for 4-6 years in sales, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in data analytics and visualization tools like Alteryx and Tableau being advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and planning capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work within a global team framework, facilitating remote collaboration.

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will work closely with regional and global topic leaders, leveraging your expertise to enhance the service provided to both internal and external clients. The Knowledge Team at BCG consists of functional and industry experts who utilize their deep domain knowledge to generate insights for case teams and clients. Members of the Knowledge Team are aligned with BCG Practice Areas, contributing to strategic initiatives and developing cutting-edge data tools and assets to deliver impactful insights.

Knowledge Team members are periodically involved in casework, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends and complex research and analysis.

Additionally, they support business development efforts and proposals, organizing and codifying knowledge that empowers BCG to deliver exceptional business value to its clients.
