Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our manufacturing sites.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and other procurement software.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
