Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical/Commercial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repair of our facilities, managing procurement and logistics, and providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of our facilities through a handyperson program
- Assist in obtaining quotes from subcontractors and placing orders
- Schedule appointments with commercial tenants
- Provide technical and commercial support to our operations team
- Assist in preparing reports for our clients
- Manage the processing and tracking of invoices
- Support the management of our access control systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
- Several years of experience in a commercial or technical role, including procurement, logistics, and administration
- Strong initiative and independence
- Good computer skills
