Maintenance Documentation Specialist

Your Future Role
As a Maintenance Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and delivery of bogie and drives maintenance documentation. You will plan activities to meet project and customer requirements, manage internal and external subcontracting, and ensure information exchange with other engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of maintenance documentation
- Plan activities to meet project and customer requirements
- Manage internal and external subcontracting
- Ensure information exchange with other engineering functions
- Manage maintenance documentation workload and budgets
Requirements
- Engineering degree and/or qualification as Technical Writer
- Experience in the railway industry, especially railway vehicle maintenance
- Experience in Technical Publishing
- Sense for coordination
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Business fluent in English and German, French language skills beneficial
