Maintenance Documentation Specialist

Alstom is a leading company in the mobility sector, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Documentation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and delivery of maintenance documentation for our bogie and drives systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate the creation of maintenance documentation, including maintenance manuals, procedures, and illustrated spare parts catalogues.
- Manage the retrieval of input data necessary for documentation creation, including sub-supplier input.
- Coordinate with internal and external subcontractors to ensure high-quality technical writing.
- Ensure information exchange with other engineering functions, including design, RAMS, and LCC.
- Manage customer feedback and optimize maintenance documentation workload and budgets.
- Implement and manage projects and innovation processes related to maintenance documentation.
- Organize customer training sessions, including planning, coordination, and logistics.
- Engineering degree and/or qualification as a Technical Writer.
- Experience in the railway industry, especially in railway vehicle maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and team player.
- Business fluent in English and German, with French language skills beneficial.
