Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of concepts to sustainably lead the MINI brand into the future.
- Accompany analyzes and recommendations for action at a national and international level.
- Communicate worldwide with our contacts in the sales companies and actively work on the design of new processes.
- Support in steering monthly production, wholesale and retail planning for MINI together with regions and various BMW Group planning departments.
- Prepare ongoing opportunity and risk analysis based on market development and competitive environment.
- Prepare presentation documents for board and management meetings with reference to current sales situation and performance.
Requirements:
- Completed basic bachelor's degree or master's degree in economics, industrial engineering or comparable field.
- Affinity to the automotive industry, incl. comprehensive knowledge of the automotive market, market segments and competitors.
- Initial practical experience in sales and marketing and in project management is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating management/board presentations.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Conceptional and analytical thinking skills.
