About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Workplace Operations Manager to join our People, Workplace, & IT team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop our workplace experience in all of our offices across Europe and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management: Develop and implement global strategies for office culture and community engagement, including targeted initiatives and events that meet business needs and local team requirements.
  • Operations and Stakeholder Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including guest services, event management, office spaces, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and occupational health and safety.
  • Team Leadership and Coaching: Manage and develop a team of Workplace Coordinators across all Personio locations, providing guidance on recruiting, onboarding, coaching, developing career frameworks, and performance management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in office management, workplace experience, community management, or event management, with expertise in building and managing international offices.
  • Minimum 3 years of people/team leadership experience in a dynamic environment, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in office space planning, facilities operations, and vendor management processes.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes:
