Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations

eBay is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations to lead the development and execution of critical initiatives that support our buyer engagement efforts. As a key member of the Global Buyer Loyalty and Engagement team, you will be responsible for creating customer-centric strategies that fuel business growth and enhance buyer loyalty for eBay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of critical initiatives that support buyer engagement efforts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance buyer loyalty and engagement
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
* Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve business objectives
* Strong understanding of business/marketplace and customer economics, pricing, and profitability
