Senior Manager Strategy and Operations Buyer Engagement Lead

About the Role:
The Global Buyer Loyalty and Engagement team at eBay is seeking a driven and customer-obsessed Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of critical initiatives that support our buyer engagement efforts in the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the optimization of incentive investment across all incentive vehicles with European partners.
- Analyze program performance, customer behavior, and market trends to recommend and implement improvements with regional leads.
- Identify and consolidate product and analytics gaps for global prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to ensure aligned execution against business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer strategy, business/finance planning, and program management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
