Senior Manager Strategy and Operations Buyer Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Global Buyer Loyalty and Engagement team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing critical initiatives that drive customer engagement and revenue growth for eBay.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engagement strategies and programs that result in meaningful experiences for our 132M active buyers.
- Lead the development and execution of incentive strategies and insights, value-added services, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and business analytics to create compelling strategies that drive customer engagement and maximize revenue.
- Facilitate the optimization of incentive investment across all incentive vehicles with European partners.
- Partner with global and regional leads on partner negotiation and management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer strategy, business/finance planning, and program management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve business objectives.
