Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Business Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our European Service Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our service business in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the service team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to meet their objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving service revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
