We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at G MASS, a leading consultancy based in Frankfurt. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Capturing and analysing business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and documenting clear specifications for software development
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Presenting specifications to software development teams and overseeing the development of functionality
  • Testing and verifying software functionality against original requirements and specifications
  • Providing training and support to clients and staff on system functionality

Requirements for the role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to develop strong partnerships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and processes
  • Technical proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools
