Are you a sales professional looking to drive business expansion and growth? Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join its Marketplace Team in Munich, supporting Sellers in Austria & Switzerland.

With over 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon's sites made from third-party sellers, our customers can choose from more than 100 million distinct products. Our entrepreneurial Selling Partners offer their products on the Amazon Marketplace, making their vast choice possible.

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will contribute to business acquisition by building relationships with Selling Partners, evaluating their business, and supporting their launch in the FBA program. You will make their products available to Amazon customers across Europe, driving various fast-paced projects and initiatives across the organization and locales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help Selling Partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their product selection.
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, assist them with setup, and help them understand Amazon's services and tools to be more effective.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators for your Selling Partner portfolio, providing analysis into root causes for performance improvements.
  • Obtain ongoing Selling Partner feedback to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.
  • This is a direct sales/recruitment role requiring fluency in both German and English.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., ecommerce, retail technology, SaaS).
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
