Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Als Einkaufsmanager sind Sie für die Sicherstellung und Umsetzung eines sach-, qualitäts- und kostenoptimierten Einkaufs der Waren, Güter und Dienstleistungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Anwendungssoftware und IT-Dienstleistungen, verantwortlich.
  • Realisieren Sie die durchgängige Einkaufsvorgangsverantwortung und -bearbeitung, einschließlich der Verhandlungsführung mit Partnern und Lieferanten.
  • Abschließen und managen Sie Verträge, um die bestmöglichen Bedingungen für die Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co. KG zu sichern.
  • Umsetzen und einbinden Sie Marktbeobachtung und Lieferantenanalyse, um die Einkaufsprozesse zu optimieren.
  • Durchführen Sie die Einkaufsplanung, um die Bedürfnisse der Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co. KG zu ermitteln und zu priorisieren.
  • Beraten Sie die Bereiche bei Einkaufsvorhaben, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
  • Erstellen Sie Einkaufsberichte, um die Ergebnisse und Prozesse transparent zu machen.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenumfeld.
  • Kenntnisse insbesondere im IT-Einkauf, Bereiche Anwendungssoftware und IT-Dienstleistungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Umgang regulatorischer Anforderungen im Einkauf.
  • Kenntnisse der Einkaufssysteme im SAP-Umfeld (u. a. Modul MM).
  • Ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Durchhaltevermögen und Selbstständigkeit.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit, Freundlichkeit und verbindliches Auftreten.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben.
  • Gute Grammatik und Rechtschreibkenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen bundesweiten Reisetätigkeiten.
