Strategic Communications Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our B2B Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets
  • Conceptualize and implement a content development strategy that resonates with our target audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of communications across all channels
  • Manage and maintain our content management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our sales and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and content development

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced communications professional with a strong background in content development and strategic communications. You should have a proven track record of success in developing and executing communications strategies that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or a related field
  • Strong understanding of content development and strategic communications principles
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
