We are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join our team at Banxware GmbH. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business expansion opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships and business development, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to develop potential new product offerings and collaborate with internal teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Management Team in strategically assessing business expansion opportunities and recommending areas for growth
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, analyze market potentials, and present results to the team
  • Prepare meeting documents, pitch decks, and term sheets for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and coordination of resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of financial regulation, technical solutions, and commercial deal structures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (and German) is required, with any other European language being a plus
  • Able to work independently on assigned topics, with a strong ability to collaborate with agile teams
