About the Role
Falch GmbH, a leading manufacturer of complete solutions in water jetting, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for taking over a territory, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing relationships with craft businesses and industrial companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Take over a territory due to succession plan
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
- Conduct practical product demonstrations and find optimal solutions for customers' challenges
- Develop Falch as a strong partner in the region
- Conduct market research and derive sales campaigns
- Build up the customer base and turnover to open and manage a branch in the near future
- Work together with our service partners in the region
- Maintain and analyze our CRM system
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the sale of technical capital goods and a strong passion for technology
- Experience in the construction, trade, refurbishment, or industrial services sector
- Professional in customer acquisition and persistent in closing projects
- Experience in setting up and developing a sales territory
- Experience in setting up a branch and employee management desirable
- Fluency in German is essential
