Client-Focused Product Leader

Are you an expert in process optimization with a wealth of experience in steering intricate digital initiatives? Do you possess exceptional communication abilities, both within the organization and with clients, enabling you to harmonize diverse interests for the benefit of the customer? Your negotiation skills at an executive level are a significant asset. You excel in project oversight and client management to guarantee successful outcomes. Crafting persuasive proposal presentations is second nature to you. You actively engage in data collection and foster a robust network with clients and colleagues. Your positive demeanor, effective briefings, and proactive approach inspire the internal team to advance new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for our clients, collaborating to develop digital solutions that drive meaningful transformation.
  • Balance client objectives with the diverse needs of various stakeholders.
  • Lead by synthesizing, prioritizing, and facilitating discussions to effectively meet client objectives.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, identify their challenges, and devise strategic solutions.
  • Develop digital roadmaps and ensure ongoing alignment between clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee analysis, proposal development, budget management, as well as reporting and forecasting.
  • Continuously assess performance metrics, data, and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Organize workshops and regular client meetings to enhance collaboration.
