Senior Product Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Lead to join our App & Web Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our customer experience in our apps and website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Improvement & Feature Delivery: Identify opportunities to enhance our product and oversee the feature delivery pipeline, including gathering requirements, writing tickets, supporting decisions and implementation, ensuring release quality, and measuring outcomes
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize reports and analyses to drive actions oriented toward customer needs
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders such as Online Marketing and Tracking
  • Issue Triage & Technical Dependencies: Address operational issues, identify technical dependencies, and evaluate business impact
  • International Collaboration: Be part of an international product team, delivering features to millions of users worldwide
  • Team Leadership: Act as a role model, maintain high team morale, and drive project success
  • Agile Environment: Work in a dynamic international environment with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of technology, business processes, and functional dependencies
  • Proven experience in the e-commerce industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, with a focus on direct product ownership
  • Ideally first experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand diverse perspectives
  • Focused on efficiency and solutions, with a keen analytical mind
  • Data Analytics Proficiency: Practical experience with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
  • Paying close attention to details
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility and go the extra mile
  • Comfortable working in an international environment

  • Basic knowledge/understanding in programming
  • Basic skills in HTML and Javascript
