Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our internal team of engineers and experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the development of new exchange devices, including planning, prioritization, and documentation.
  • Lead regular project meetings with external development partners and ensure milestones are met.
  • Conduct CAPEX & OPEX budget planning and review ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and summarize the results after technical tenders.
  • Plan prototype tests and initial field validation.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the finished product into series production.
  • Regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a manager or at least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Very good organizational skills to manage many ongoing issues.
  • Confident in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enjoy group management and development.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, Spanish if possible.
