We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Strategy Projects Tech & Core Enabling Team at ABOUT YOU.

The Strategy Projects Tech Team is responsible for steering our most important strategic initiatives across our full system landscape, ensuring efficient and smooth cross-system solutions to enable our commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer key strategic initiatives across our system landscape in close collaboration with application teams.
  • Manage a team of 3 project managers and collaborate closely with business stakeholders driving projects from the business side.
  • Report directly to our VP level and prepare MD decisions.
  • Challenge business requirements to minimize technical complexity while maintaining business value.
  • Plan the right time and capacity for our projects and resolve blockers and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable course of study.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in tech project management.
  • Deep understanding of business and tech processes.
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Practical experience of working directly with engineering teams.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and efficiency-focused approach.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have:

  • First leadership experience.
  • Experience with MySQL.
  • Experience in designing process flows.
