About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier publishers in the DACH region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and growth of new clients.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track activities and pipeline management.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations for clients and attend industry events to meet potential partners.
  • Gather and communicate industry trends and client needs internally.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in tech sales, preferably in the adtech or mobile advertising space.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native German speaker and proficient in English.
  • Experience using Google Suite and CRM systems.
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a real impact in sales.
