Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategic Operations Manager, you will work closely with our founders and have the opportunity to lead strategic projects across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: You will work directly with the founders and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to identify and implement commercial initiatives that drive company growth.
- Project Leadership: You will manage projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, with a clear focus on efficiency and growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with the overarching company goals.
- Strategic Decision-Making: You will analyze market trends and customer requirements and use these insights to sustainably drive our success.
- Growth Initiatives: You will support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and foster expansion into new markets.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial operations. You should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role (3/4 years), preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting, with a focus on commercial operations.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities and the ability to manage projects from conception to execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ambition, eagerness to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and a willingness to take on long-term responsibilities.
- Fluent in German and English skills are essential.
