At Blacklane, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people move around the world. As a Strategic Operations Manager - EMEA, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and success in the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional strategies that blend our global standards with local market needs.
  • Manage and improve cost, quality, and availability from our supply partners within your markets.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize fulfillment, margin, and quality within your markets.
  • Ensure successful account management of supply partners in your designated markets.
  • Develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Conduct quality checks on the ground within your markets and regular business reviews with key supply partners.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and a creative mindset.
  • An eye for operational efficiency and the ability to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Experience owning KPIs, goals, or roadmap initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
