The Strategic Operations Manager will focus on driving special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. This will involve analyzing data, designing and executing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project frameworks for tracking progress and coordinating collaboration across teams.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between key functional teams and leaders to reach targets, following up with stakeholders and ensuring successful completion of action items on target deadlines.
  • Build and scale projects, creating executable and traceable sets of actions that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a top consulting firm or 6+ years of experience in project/team management in a hyper-growth company or startup with cross-functional team collaboration experience.
  • Strong command of English and excellent commercial and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to run multiple projects and teams simultaneously with minimal supervision.
